thoroughly and effortlessly removes debris and silt from ponds or pools, or from wet floors of any type. Thanks to the integrated wastewater pump the dirty wastewater can be optimally drained off without interruption to the suction, saving you the trouble of waiting for the vacuum to empty. Large wheels with whisper tires ensure stable movement through rough terrain as well as low-noise when in operation. The robust aluminum suction tubes, along with a transparent suction tube, permit precise and convenient vacuuming. Including an extensive nozzle package and suction hose/drain hose fittings. A floating hose set for use on the swim pond is available as an option.

Returns:
Defective Products
:  We will arrange for defective products to be replaced under warranty at no cost, subject to inspection.  An RMA number must be obtained from us within 7 days of purchase to initiate the return process.  A replacement item and return shipping label will be provided.  We will arrange for payment of shipping on both the return and replacement.  Defective products must be returned within 14 days of replacement.
New Products
:  We will accept new, unused products within 10 days of purchase.  We must be notified prior to the return of the product.  Returned products are subject to inspection.  Products returned as new but have been in service are subject to a restocking fee.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Used Products
:  Please check with us regarding the return of used products as our policy varies depending on product.  Generally, we accept used product returns within 10 days of purchase and subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Shipping:
Standard shipping is either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.  Tracking numbers are typically provided within 24 hours of shipping.  Expedited shipping is available - just send us a note and we will confirm with a revised shipping cost. We typically only ship to the lower 48.  However, we will do our best to ship internationally - again just send us a note
